-For Edinburgh deliveries please email claire@workshopflorals.com to arrange.

-Flower and plant deliveries will be made during business hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Please note we can’t give out specific time slots.

Authority to leave

-All orders are on an 'Authority to leave' system with our delivery team.

-Please ensure someone will be able to accept delivery. If the recipient or a neighbour isn't available and there is no reception area and the area is deemed safe by our delivery driver the order will be left and the job deemed complete.

-If an area is not deemed safe to leave, the sender will be contacted to arrange another option, this is at the expense of the sender to do so.

-If we can’t reach you on your provided contact number or email in a suitable time-frame for our drivers then the order will not be able to be re-delivered on the same day. As flowers are perishable that will mean a new arrangement may be required and will incur an additional charge. Plants may be re-delivered with only an additional delivery charge.
